You have a lot at risk out in the field.

It's important to take a good look at what's being put down hole. "We can't rely on third party inspections or their definitions of good maintenance," adds John Petrovic, vice-president. "If it's Mostar's equipment going down hole, it needs to be inspected and maintained according to Mostar's highest standards."

ASNT Certified.
Mostar staff members are ASNT (American Society for Nondestructive Testing) certified. We carry out a complete inspection of all directional equipment - from mud motor parts, subs and threads, to the actual materials that make up the equipment itself. Proper inspection is critical to ensuring reliability in the field for you.

Some call it being "high maintenance."
Admittedly, we're a little fussy when it comes to our directional equipment. Having inspection capabilities in-house not only saves time, but it also improves the level of quality control in what we provide for our clients. By inspecting and servicing our motors in-house, we have complete visibility and control over what we send out to the field.

Each motor requires the same level of attention.
We can't pay more attention to some motors than others. It doesn't matter if a motor has been down hole for five hours or 150 hours. Each time a motor returns from the field it's pulled apart, fully inspected and serviced.
